Buy with confidence - Trust PilotWhen we went to view a camper van at Burlingham Caravans we were looking to purchase our first camper van. It was an exciting prospect and we wanted the purchase itself to be a positive experience. We had experienced the hard sell stuff the previous week elsewhere, and it had not been pleasant. We immediately felt that at Burlingham Caravans the staff were warm, friendly, and focused on looking after their customers, and that we could buy from them with trust and confidence. Our initial impressions have been borne out. We were looked after - from a lift from our B&B the morning we arrived to pick up the van, to after sales service and resolution of issues and questions. Great service - Trust PilotThe staff at Burlingham Caravans were fantastic for newbies like us. They spent an hour on the caravan handover to ensure that we were aware of how everything worked. We bought a 2010 Lunar Clubman SE in excellent condition for around the same price as a private sale. I would recommend their service and will be going back when it is time to upgrade.
